Major Student Accommodation Fund Launched in Florence

InvestiRE, a prominent Italian fund by Banca Finnat, launched Student Living Italy 1 (SLI1) on 17 July 2026. This new closed-end fund is dedicated to developing and managing modern student accommodation across Italy, with the initial investment in Florence exceeding €50 million.
